In order to undertake its charitable activity and account for its activities to funders, regulators and other stakeholders, BLGFC has to collect and process a certain amount of data, some of which will be personal data.

We sometimes ask for sensitive data, such as disability and ethnicity to help us with equal opportunities monitoring so we can demonstrate that we are reaching all sectors of the community, and fulfilling our commitment to equal opportunities. When we compile this data, it is done anonymously.
Data sharing
The personal data of players, coaches and other officials related to the club is shared with the FA via the Full-Time and Whole Game systems.

Data Processing
BLGFC has written agreements in place with the following third parties that we use to process data:
Dropbox and Eventbrite are United States based companies and therefore information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. Both providers ‘participate in and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data (defined in Section 2.1) from European Economic Area ("EEA") member countries.’

- The Whole Game System is a web-based system used by The Football Association Limited (“The FA”), County Football Associations (“County FAs”), Other Football Associations (as defined in The FA’s rules), leagues and clubs for a number of their football administration functions. It is particularly used for club and player registration and refereeing reports.
- Full-Time is a web-based system, provided by The Football Association Limited (“The FA”), that is used by leagues and clubs for a number of their football administration functions. It is particularly used for registration, recording of performance details for players during matches, collating details on fixtures and results and refereeing marks.
- Dropbox is used to store files
- Eventbrite is used for events and training courses
