As part of the safer recruitment process, the FA have specific checks and training that the club must adhere to, but the club can also support you with. DBS - The FA requires an Enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List for anyone aged 16+ in a role working directly with U18s, including coaches, managers, and referees. Checks must be renewed every three years and verified through the FA’s online system.
